Scholarship Committee
In May 2026, the Scholarship Committee would like to recognize all 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students, as well as graduating high school seniors and those completing college, professional, technical, or vocational programs.

Please print and fully complete your tithes/offering envelope with the requested information. Also, indicate if your giving is for an individual, couple or family in the boxes provided. Use your official legal name consistently.
Parents & guardians are not required to list their children's names up to age 25 on the envelope. Instead, select the “family” option on your envelope. Individuals age 26 and above must complete a separate envelope.
